Every season seams to include a "pick something": anything from strawberries and melons, to apples and pumpkins. We seam to always be finding our selves at a local farm. One of my favorite resources is PickYourOwn.org. While this site is not the most eye appealing, it dose have a GREAT list of local PYO farms with all sorts of goodies. Just click on the purple button in the top left corner and follow the links from there. It can be a little difficult to navigate at times, but you will find a little bit of everything (including berries, apples, pumpkins, and even Christmas trees!). Want to try your hand at canning?
