If you've been a reader of my blog for the past few years, then you'll know one of our favorite family traditions is to celebrate Rosey Posey's birthday with a family trip to the fair. We've gone to the fair for the past 7 years (including
2013 and
2014). This year all three kiddos were able to go and ride rides ;)
Since Little Lady couldn't ride some of the bigger rides that the older kids were on, she started her day out with some ice cream (Yes, even before dinner).
Rosey posey brought her friend along to enjoy the evening. Those two are too much alike. :P
Bubee is tall enough for the first time: he got to DRIVE the bumper cars all by himself!
When Little Lady finally got to ride she FREAKED OUT (And that's an understatement). I had to take her off the horse and sit on one of the stationary seats on the marry-go-round so she'd stop crying.
Latter she road this little ride and though she started the ride crying (She was fine till the ride started moving), she finished it laughing and haveing a great time!
Soon I couldn't keep her off the rides. Bubee was a big help too ;)
Rosey Posey, who turned 13 this year (Yikes!!) enjoyed the freedom of her new age and zipped fast than I could move from ride to ride.
Of course Papaw came for the food. LOL
We finished the night with a ride across the top of the fair on the sky way.
And enjoyed some BEAUTIFUL sites!!!
